PDFLib - Read and Change PDF files in VB.NET or C#
PDFLib is a library written in Visual Basic .NET to read and manipulate PDF files.
The library support the latest PDF standard, version 1.7, from Adobe.
With PDFLib you can very easily :
- Change viewer preferences
- Add annotations to page
- Add JPEG images to page
- Erase page content
- Rotate pages
- Extract and save JPEG, JP2 (JPEG 2000) or TIFF images
Note : the library still don't support password protected or encrypted PDF files.
