A library for PDF manipulation implementing Adobe PDF standard version 1.7.
This library allows to read PDF files and apply changes to them, it is written in .NET 2.0 using Visual Studio 2005.
The core (parsing PDF, writing PDF) is finished, the remaining consist of implementing specialized classes.
Any suggestions on features to be added or even contributors are welcomed.
